In case of cancellation after your order (after payment), as a fee will be charged as below, thank you in advance for your understanding.

| From 93 days before the completion date to 63 days before the scheduled completion date | 75% of the order price |
| From 62 days before the scheduled completion date to the expected completion date | 100% of the order price |
About 10% of the original price is charged as a fee for the downward change of the price.
Fees are free for fee-changing or unchanged changes.
About the delivery date after change
Extension of delivery due to change will depend on timing of change, inventory situation at that time, manufacturing schedule.
About change deadline
The change deadline is 3 months prior to the delivery date.
If you choose URUSHI, it will be up to 6 months before the delivery date.
Consumption tax / import tax
1. If you receive the item in Japan, you will be required to pay a separate sales tax of 10% on the amount displayed in the collection.
2. If you receive the goods outside Japan, you do not need to pay the above 10% sales tax separately, but you do have to pay the import tax at the time of delivery. Import tariff rates vary by country, goods and amount. Please note that we cannot check the tax rate.
